Residential Retrofits Program Manager
Rebekah Morris is Program Manager for Residential Retrofits at the Pratt Center for Community Development. Her work centers on increasing opportunities for low- and moderate-income New Yorkers living in the city’s small residential buildings to benefit from energy efficiency and other building stock improvements. Her projects include the EnergyFit NYC Pilot, the Basement Apartments Safe for Everyone (BASE) Campaign, technical assistance to community organizations on energy efficiency projects, and program design analysis. She joined Pratt Center in 2013, initially working to help small industrial businesses access resources to increase the efficiency of their buildings and operations.  
Rebekah started her career working in economic development, helping develop the EarnBenefits program, which supports low-income communities in cities across the United States.
Rebekah holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School for Public Service and a BA in Communications & Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
