Sustainability and carbon footprint reductions are acknowledged principles within the design and planning disciplines, and there is a growing consensus on the historical and technical data needed to evaluate impacts. This session invites academics and practitioners to provide technical and historical context behind carbon emission reduction methods and measurements. The intention is to provide a quantitative and qualitative framework on addressing policies and design for a carbon neutral city.
